Delivery & Handling

At Green Print, we take special care to ensure your plants arrive safely. Because our pieces are hydroponic indoor plants in glass vases, we do not use traditional shipping carriers. Instead, every order is carefully hand-delivered directly to your door to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Fees & Minimums
Please note that a $50.00 minimum order is required for all local deliveries.

Delivery rates are calculated based on the driving distance from our Sunnyvale location. Your exact delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address:

Up to 10 miles: $8.00

10 to 20 miles: $20.00

20 to 25 miles: $30.00

Delivery Schedule
Delivery Days: Weekdays (Monday through Friday)

Order Processing: We will coordinate with you to confirm the exact day and time window for your delivery once your order is placed.

Receiving Your Plant
Because our arrangements are hydroponic indoor plants in glass vases containing water, we recommend being home to receive your delivery. If you cannot be present, please leave instructions for a shaded, secure spot where we can safely leave your glass vase.

If you prefer to skip the delivery fee entirely, you can also select our free local pickup option during checkout for our Sunnyvale and San Jose locations.
