All Sales Final: Because our hydroponic arrangements are living plants in handcrafted glass vessels, all sales are final once delivered. Every arrangement is personally inspected and hand-delivered to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

14-Day Plant Health Guarantee We stand behind the health of every plant we deliver. If your arrangement shows signs of sudden distress within 14 days of delivery, we're here to help.

Simply send a photo along with a brief note about its light and watering conditions to Avivit at 650-772-2720. We'll respond with personalized care guidance, a replacement cutting, or store credit — whichever best fits your situation.

Please note: our guarantee covers plant health under normal indoor conditions. It does not apply to arrangements exposed to extreme temperatures, direct harsh sunlight, or improper care.
